Russian Nurses Association marks 30th Anniversary – EFNNMA congratulates RNA

EFNNMA congratulates the Russian Nurses Association (RNA) on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of their national nurses association.

Right from the start of EFNNMA some 30 years ago, the Russian Nurses Association has been a member of EFNNMA.

We especially congratulate Ms. Valentina Sarkisova who has been the president of the EFNNMA since the very start of the RNA.

Ms Sarkisova was the president of EFNNMA for 9 years. As president of EFNNMA, Ms Sarkisova worked to develop a strong relationship between EFNNMA and the WHO Euro Regional Office that has lead to a stronger position for nursing and midwifery at the regional office.
