This initiative, funded by the European Commission under the project “Addressing mental health challenges in the EU countries, Iceland and Norway,” represents the most extensive survey of its kind in Europe, gathering critical insights to inform future strategies for mental health support in the healthcare workforce.
WHO/Europe has worked closely with key European Nursing Organization and has integrated feedback from various professional bodies.
EFNNMA encourages all members, partners and every nurses (and doctors) of countries involved to support this initiative by sharing the survey link and relevant information with colleagues within their professional networks.
The survey, which launched on 22 October and will run until the 31 of march 2025, is accessible at https://healthworkers-survey.ccomsuam.org.
